TPMS (Telco Projects Management System) is operated by Coucou Technologies, Nairobi, Kenya. This policy explains what the TPMS Android application and accompanying web service collect, why, and how you can ask us to remove your data.
TPMS is a workforce tool for authorized telecom technicians and operations staff. It is not a consumer service. You only get access if your employer or contracting company has provisioned an account for you in a TPMS workspace.
Each TPMS deployment ("workspace" or "tenant") is operated by a separate customer organisation — for example, Ternga or Nextgen. Your employer's workspace is the data controller for the information you submit while signed in to that workspace. Coucou Technologies operates the underlying infrastructure as a data processor on the workspace's behalf.
If you have questions about how your specific workspace handles your data, contact your workspace administrator. If you cannot reach them, or your question is about the TPMS app itself, contact us at the address in §8.
When you use the TPMS Android app, the following information is sent to your workspace's server:
ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION and ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION Android permissions). We do not embed any third-party analytics, advertising, or behavioural-tracking SDKs in the app.
We do not sell your personal data, share it with advertisers, or share it across TPMS workspaces. Your Ternga workspace data is never visible to a Nextgen workspace, and vice versa.
tile.openstreetmap.org) — when the app needs a map tile to render the location overlay on a captured photo, it fetches the tile directly from OSM. OSM sees the requesting IP address and a User-Agent of TPMS-FieldReports/1.0 (ke.co.coucou.tpms).The app does not call any other external service.
Field-report content (visits, photos, checklist responses) is retained per your workspace's data-retention policy — typically tied to the telecom operator's contractual recordkeeping requirements. Your workspace administrator can tell you the specific retention period for your deployment.
Session cookies expire on logout or after extended inactivity, whichever comes first.
You can request deletion of your TPMS account in two ways:
When your request is approved, we permanently remove your name, email, login credentials, phone number, and other personally identifying account fields from the database. Field reports you previously submitted are retained in an anonymized form because they are records of work performed for the workspace's customer — typically a telecom operator with contractual recordkeeping requirements — and cannot be deleted independently of those records. Your name is replaced with "Deleted User" on those historical records.
We aim to process deletion requests within 14 days.

If we materially change what we collect or how we use it, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify active TPMS users through the app on their next sign-in.
